Built by Former Fire Officials and Plan Review Experts
At Fire Service Professionals LLC, our mission is to provide expert fire and life safety consulting services tailored to the unique needs of our clients. We are dedicated to ensuring compliance with fire safety codes and regulations, helping to protect lives and property.
Regulatory experience, in private practice
All team members at Fire Service Professionals are experienced fire safety professionals from the industry, including former Fire Marshals and firefighting personnel. Our team combines legal experience, decades of Fire Marshal expertise, and comprehensive knowledge of all types of fire and life safety codes.
We provide independent, third-party consulting services only — we do not perform enforcement, regulatory, or authority-having-jurisdiction functions. That independence is the entire point; it is what lets a finding stand on its own.
Credentials that carry into a hearing room
All team members are experienced fire safety professionals from the industry. The practice combines former Fire Marshals, firefighting personnel, and legal experience across every type of fire and life safety code.
Former Fire Marshals
Decades of plan review & code enforcement
Reviewers who held the Fire Marshal's authority and know how a record reads to the AHJ — before you stand in front of one.
Firefighting Personnel
Front-line fire-service experience
Industry professionals who have worked the systems first-hand — from sprinkler and alarm to egress and fire doors.
Legal Experience
Technical review for litigation matters
Legal and technical experience to support attorneys and legal teams on fire and life safety matters — measured and advisory in nature.
Principles that make a review defensible
These aren't values on a wall. They are the operating constraints that let our work survive scrutiny.
-
Independence first
No system sales, no installation, no service contracts. We have nothing to gain from the finding being one thing or another.
-
Traceable to a standard
Each finding cites the code or standard and the record behind it. Nothing rests on opinion alone.
-
Plain language
A report that an owner, a lender, and a juror can all follow. Precision without jargon for its own sake.
-
The finding is the finding
We report what the record shows — favorable or not. An opinion is only worth having if it's the same under oath.
Put that experience on your side of the table
